Rabley 21 out of 22 found this review helpful The Rolling Stones follow up the Bigger Bang tour with a great DVD set. Taking more than a hint from the format of Four Flicks you get two full concerts (Austin Texas and Rio), several documentaries and selected songs from several other concerts across four DVDs. For the first time on DVD the Rolling Stones have great sound quality. At last they have a DTS sound track with clarity and separation of the instruments and less crowd noise. In terms of performance, it is in keeping with all that you'd hope. These guys defy their ages and Mick Jagger probably does little aside from workout to be in top shape his energetic performances at these concerts. Many songs never heard live, or never even heard played by them before are on this fantastic set, along with a wonderful rehearsal of Can't Be Satisfied, many shorter and longer documentaries and lots of fantastic live material of more familiar songs, which are, each and every one of them, in superb versions, often very, very different from what we're used to. The only complaint I have about the set is the fact that disc one is OUT OF SYNCH!! It's only a fraction, but once noticed it is very annoying, and for me it is impossible to watch it now without constantly trying to convince myself of the fact that Mick's lips or Charlie's actions are right. And constantly to notice they're not. Previous reviewers have mentioned the fact the there seems to be overdubbing of the vocals, that is not the case. The sound just is not in synch with the picture. The rating is for the content, not for the mispressing which, I hope, will be replaced by a proper one. CAT January 20, 2010 C. A. I can say excellent value for money. The Biggest Bang !!! December 25, 2009 The Golfer An excellent DVD with concert from the Rolling Stones World tour. A must have for fans and you will experience different concerts with different songs from the bands lang career. The background stuff included in the box is also very interesting.
