This is about the third book light I have bought and I won't be buying any more! This light is fantastic - fits well onto any kind of book. It has two light settings which makes it easy to adjust. It's fabulous in the night when you don't want to switch on lights (I use mine on one the one bulb setting) and also great for reading in poorly lit rooms (I generally use the two bulb setting). It lights up the whole book and not just one page and can be put into almost any position. Cracking little gadget!

I bought this as a book and Kindle light. The two LEDs can be used together or just one on - controlled by a single push button - press once to bring both lights on, press again to reduce to one light and press a third time to switch off. It uses 3 AAA batteries which a set is supplied with the light.
The 1 or 2 light control is excellent; if you are in a darkened room the single light option is bright enough and shouldn't disturb someone else sleeping next to you. The goose-neck is flexible and can be easily angled to suit. It's very light and the majority of the weight is in the base making it stable enough to rest the clip on a table surface and not fall over. I used it at a table by resting the book on the slope of the clip, perfect for reading! If clipped to a book it doesn't feel too heavy and you can clip it wherever it suits and angle the light accordingly.
I'd describe the "light purple" colour as closer to pink than purple.

This is a great little light that I use when reading in bed. My husband is such a sensitive sleeper, and he like his sleep so I can't have the bedside light on cause it will keep him up so this little thing has worked wonders! It is bright enough for me to read my book and dark enough so it won't wake him. He calls it my "cheekey light"! =D And I love that it's pink too!

This is great by my bed for reading at night without disturbing others. The various light combinations are great. I took it on holiday with me and was very glad as there was no bedside lamp and this did the job perfectly. The batteries last really well. I love it!
